Return Policy
All discrepancies in goods received must be claimed within 15 days after receipt of goods. All discrepancies or claims reported are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization and a RMA number. RMA numbers issued are good for 15 days only and product must be received by us within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all returned shipments.We highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
